I have a room in NYC!

First thing's first. Vaknade tio i sju i morse och kunde inte somna om. Klev upp, tog en dusch, fick liv i min bataljon och vi drog oss in mot Manhattan. Den där första blicken från tågfönstret. Där är den - the skyline. Vi skulle åka till Times Square. Inte för att ta turistiga bilder, utan därför att inte långt därifrån ligger lägenheten där jag ska bo. Det är sant! Lova och Bernie, två trevliga människor och framtida studenter på New York Film Academy, hade hittat en lägenhet som behövde förstärkning. Och där flyttar jag in i veckan. Helt sjukt awesome. Jag ska alltså inte längre bo på skolans eget boende, utan flyttar mig lite längre västerut på Manhattan, på 37:e gatan. Med eget space, och till och med en fucking tegelvägg. SÅ KARAKTERISTISK! SÅ! Vi tog en tur till Times Square, gick nerför Broadway, förbi Empire State Building, köpte telefonkort, och fortsatte sedan längs Madison Avenue tills vi kom till huvudmålet för hela min resa; The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Min första anblick av skolan jag ska tillbringa mina kommande två år på; helt fantastiskt än så länge!

First thing's first. I woke up at 6.50:am and couldn't go back to sleep. I got up, had a shower, woke my company up and we started our journey towards Manhattan. That first look from the train window. There it is - the skyline. We were going to Times Square. Not to take touristy pics, but to go to the apartment where I shall live. It's true! Lova and Bernie, two nice people and future student of New York Film Academy, had found an apartment there with a vacate room. I'm moving in this week. So awesome! So I won't be living at the dorms at the Academy anymore, but will move further west, on 37:th street. With my own space, and even a fucking brick wall. HOW CHARACTERISTIC? SO! FLIPPIN! NICE! We had a walk to Times Square, strolled down Broadway, past the Empire State Building, bought a new sim-card, and continued down on Madison Avenue until we reached the very goal of my trip; The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. I had my first look at the school where I'll spend my next two years; absolutely amazing so far!

I'm so happy :)
